Welcome to Weston Baits
At Weston Baits, our story began 34 years ago with a young boy fishing at his local canal marina. Armed with a unique mix of flours, cake mix, and crushed aniseed balls from the school tuck shop, a passion for bait was born.
In those early days, the internet was not the resource it is today. Many weekends were spent in tackle shops, listening to seasoned anglers share their secrets about catching carp with unconventional baits like cheese, spices, and chocolate. These conversations fueled our curiosity and laid the foundation for what would become a lifelong dedication to bait development.
Fast forward to today, and we proudly operate our own carp fishery, producing baits locally, directly from our waters. Our close proximity to carp has allowed us to study their dietary requirements, anatomy, and habits in detail. This hands-on experience has given us a significant edge in developing every product before it reaches anglers around the globe.
